Biography

Ann Jacklin is Chief Pharmacist, Hammersmith Hospitals, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and visiting Professor The School of Pharmacy (SOP) University of London. Ann has worked at Hammersmith since 1987 and in addition to leading pharmacy services has held several general management positions in the Trust.

In 2000 she initiated the formation of the Centre for Medicines Safety and Service Quality (previously known as the Academic Pharmacy Unit) - a joint research centre between HH and SOP - and has been joint Chair of the centre since this time.

Ann is an Honorary Clinical Teacher for Imperial College School of Medicine and is joint course director for the IC Infection Management for Pharmacist MSc which she has been running since 2002.
